- You can give your first injection 12 hrs after the last dose of Pradaxa ( ie. when the next dose of Pradaxa would have been due)

Dear dr just need to ask you if i can open the pradaxa 75mg capsule and dissolve the content in water and give it in the peg to a patient that is having dyphasia and cannot swallow the whole capsule
