Slight fever and blocked nose, some pain in my ears and a really strong pain in my throat. It's been going on for the past 4 days. Panadol didn't help

- If you are able to tolerate abrupt discontinuation, it's OK to do so - I only advised that you stop it gradually to avoid excessive nasal congestion.

I used otrivin nasal spray (xylometazoline hydrochloride) for nearly two weeks and my nose is always blocked unless I use it. What should I do?
