- Some people use birth control pills for that purpose. I advise you contact your doctor to teach you how to do it.

I've been on Yasmin for 3 years, and just stopped it last month; however i've noticed a weight gain especially on the waist... can it be due to that? how can i get rid of it? do i go back to the pill?

- It is unlikely that it is due to stopping the Yasmin , on the contrary patients get some extra kilos when on pills..
