I feel acupuncture in my right armpit over years it was not painful until last month it was really painful what is this could be ?and should I see a doctor and what must be his specialization?

- It could be a painful lymph node due to an infection somewhere in your right hand or, more commonly, an infected sweat gland due to an obstructed duct. You should see a general surgeon for that.
