- it depends on the centers,natural conception is around 15-20 % per cycle ( random )as for insemination the probability is similar or a little bit more

Never took any fertility drug, nearing 40 now & want to accelerate TTC process. Going for IUI this month. Any risk of baby malformation due to taking both Clomid & Puregon injection at the same time??

depending on your case, when you are near 40, time is very important, may be considering IVF would be faster than iui trial..
