Is it better to use natural anti acne products rather than regular ones?

- What do you mean by "natural"? Acne is a skin disorder! You have to treat it with medicine; exactly like diabetes and hypertension.

I have acne only in Montreal. When I'm in Lebanon, my face is clear. I saw 2 dermatologists in Lebanon who said I don't have acne. Took Granudoxy for 4 months (summer 13), reduced it. Any help?
