Yesterday I noticed that my left testicle and the scrotum are slightly enlarged (no pain at all). Could it be varicocele? Should I worry?

Both testis do not always have the same size and position. So this finding might be normal. But to be able to define if there is any problem, it would be better to be examined by your physician.
