Yes i knew that bekunis is laxatif but i meant that once it makes me enter the toilet like a lot .. And once i got rid of food in my tummy, doesnt it make me lose weight in thia case? Or not necessary

with bekunis you will not loose so much water and not all the food will go away you have to add diet if you want to loose weight
