Why my dad always shout at me even when i do a very little mistake?he never was my friend and never did what other fathers do to their children. We rarely go out with him. Plz help me overcome this

some parents are overprotective and they are afraid that any harm occur to their kids so they yell instead of discussing what is right and wrong. some people think that they have authority by yelling while it's not true. if your father yell at you that doesn't mean he doesn't love you but he doesn't know how to deal with you. you might not go out with him because he is overwhelmed with work and maybe passing a rough time. you should try to give him a chance and ask him to go out (this is a sign of maturity that you can show) and i would start also by talking to the mother who knows both of you very well and can help you.
