this is normal in men to have the left testis higher than the right. and the reason behind it is that the venous drainage of the left testicle goes to the renal vein where as the right one goes to the inferior vena cava. and the location of the left is higher.
in addition its safer for men to have one higher then the other or else when you move the testis will bang against each others which is painful.
