This should be evaluated by your family physician. If tremors are affecting your life then probably there is a medical reason for your problem. Tremors can result from a variety of medical problems including psychological stress, caffeine overdose, lack of adequate sleep, hyperthyroidism, side effect of certain medication and neurological problems.
