Whenever my blood pressure is checked (b4 consultation/exam), the result is high on right arm & normal on left (big difference). Should i be worried?

How much is the blood pressure difference (I need an exact numerical value)? And which blood pressure does it involve - systolic (upper) or diastolic (lower) or both?
