When I'm sitting down and I have a leg over the other, I can see the loose leg shake a little bit on each heart pulse, is this normal? Should I be concerned about some circulatory issue?

In the posterior aspect of the knee joint, known as the popliteal fossa, runs an artery which called the popliteal artery, and it originates from a higher up larger artery found in the pelvic area, the femoral artery. As you cross your legs, the leg resting on the floor will exert pressure on the popliteal artery of the crossed leg, hence resulting in the observed oscillatory movements of the crossed leg, and this is perfectly normal. In fact, it is the absence of these movements, due to blockage of the popliteal artery, that is considered a sign of disease.
