When does an ovarian cyst require surgical removal ? My sister had a 7.5 cm cyst full of blood she got ris of it by taing siofor 500mg and diane pills she gor eid of it in a month ?

7.5 cm cyst should be removed as -aside from being benign or malignant- it can do ovarian torsion, which is an emergency..
