What's the relation between fibromyalgia and vitamin D deficiency? Do all fibromyalgia patients have it?

There is no relation between vitamin D deficiency and fibromyalgia.

It was found that people who have fibromyalgia have improvement in their pain when they take vitamin D supplement. However there was no proof that there is a cause and effect relationship between vitamin D and fibromyalgia.
