What is the consequence of taking a Viagra pill even if there is no real sexual need of it and without a medical prescription? Any negative side effects?

Unless you are taking Nitrate drugs, there is no consequence of taking a Viagra pill.
This drug is even FDA approved to treat pulmonary hypertension.
In the other hand, Viagra does not induce any erection if there is no sexual stimulation.
