Iridoschisis is defined as a separation of the anterior iris stroma ( a fibrovascular layer of tissue) from the posterior iris stroma and muscle layers. Its symptoms include intraocular pressure (which could lead to glaucoma).
Its treatment is generally the one of its complication: glaucoma.
