These procedures are not to loose weight. they re used for reshaping focal zones of resistant fat. for your weight loss after pregnancy you should simply workout when your gynecologist gives you the ok and possibly go on a diet with a nutritionist. using these machines will not help except with the stubborn fat that does t go with a healthy lifestyle. otherwise it s a waste of money.
