What i mean here, can my doctor recognise or suspect if he made any kind of blood test or even unin test that there is any H.i.V infection? And does the effecst shows after 3 years from infiction?

If your doctor doesn't ask the HIV test (specifically), he won't know if you have the HIV infection.
In some instances, if you had an exposure to HIV or if you have some problems related to a decrease in your immunity, your doctor might suspect that you have HIV infection.
Otherwise, the first symptoms for HIV might appear within weeks of infection, but those are not specific (flu-like symptoms).
To be able to relieve your concerns, you can simply do this test.
