What causes sudden gain weight associated with BV or Y.infection? I have mild pelvic pan no itching/ redness only full smell. Took Ella one +curacne

are not associated with weight gain
neither the intake of ella one pills
we need to check on your hormonal profile ( TSH, FT3 FT4 ...) as this can disturb your metabolism & can lead to weight gain.
so many other things can lead to weight gain , like increased appetite, decreased physical activity...
