Throat pain, fever, sometimes the tongue adopts a strawberry like color. It is treated with amoxicillin or penicillin or augmentin and you can do a rapid strep test to confirm it so that you don't take antibiotics if no need to. In pediatrics, throat pain and fever can be viral so age group matters a lot.
