What about itching all over the body while taking a bath? Is it an allergy? I've tried "Deline" but nothing has changed! I've changed shower gels, tempered water from cold, hot, medium but nothing.

Try to take a bath in another place. Like your relative, or friend bath. If your symptoms disappeared then you need to check the water container at your place along with the ducts and clean it. If not then try to decrease the water temperature to the minimum supported cold and see. If no benefit then need to consult an allergy specialist and start on anti allergic drugs.
