Today while lifting (bodybuilding) i felt a sudden hurt in my testicle.Now after 3 hrs, it is not hurting but i feel uncomfortable.There are no lamb and i feel nothing while coughing.Anything serious?

It can be due to pressure on the nerve that goes to the testicles, sometimes indicating the presence of a small inguinal hernia that was not apparent until today. A surgeon could give you a diagnosis after examining you.
