Tnx dr. But its not during ejaculation it is after ejaculation in 15 mins i start feel pain like soreness along penis,inner sore pain along the shaft,is vitamin E good for congenital curv.? Any meds?

It is probably better to visit a urologist to take a more detailed history: the quantity of ejaculation, any drug intake .. along with physical examination.
Concerning the congenital curvature: it has unfortunately no medical treatment (including Vitamin E). The treatment is surgical in this case.
