I've been like this for a while. No family history of this. I eat a lot but since college I weigh between 65-70kgs, I'm 1.82cm tall and I work out.

So my advice to you is to seek medical attention to make sure you do not have any underlying organic cause that may be interfering with the weight gain process. Should all turn out to be normal, then you will have to consult both a nutritionist and a physical trainer, because you will need a rigorous program of intense workout and a high calorie diet (including drinking special high calorie milk shakes) to bulk up some muscles and maintain the added weight. I understand you mentioned that you did sports but you may be performing the wrong kind of sports. So this may take some time before you notice some changes in your body appearance, so always remember to be patient and perseverant.
