Thx dr. elie but my question was why every time she takes my milk she vomits in big quantity but when she takes illuma she doesn't.mentioning that sure im continuing my breast feeding

Breast milk is less thick than formula milk, this is why usually babies regurgitate it more easily, this can be a little annoying but not harmful to the baby.
And of course, as long as the child is gaining weight there is no reason to stop breastfeeding, knowing all the benefits of human milk.

i agree with Dr Helou, formula milk can be more thickened than breast milk. Up to 35 percent of Babies at this age have regurgitation because the sphincter which opens from esophagus to stomach is loose at this age and will tighten with time. We call these babies " Happy Sputters" but as long as they are adding in weight and stooling well then no need to worry and i strongly advise to only breastfeed your lovely baby
