Three months ago, got tingly/numbess in my right arm/hand-went away. Then I had vertigo-diagnosed as inner ear infammation Now, muscles around both eyes twitching daily can this be multiple sclerosis?

Multiple sclerosis could be on the table because MS (Multiple Sclerosis) starts with symptoms that are your similar to those you experienced. But it's not definitive, an MRI for your brain and spine should be done to rule out MS (if it's not the case).
