There is something that is tingling in my head as if blood is flowing in a rapid way, i can feel this tingling when i put my hand on it. i got the same thing yesterday but in my back.what could it be!

The tingling sensation, or paresthesia, in the head can be caused by a number of different conditions. This symptom may also be described by some as numbness or burning.

If you suffer from a viral infection recently or cold symptoms this might be the cause ,the simple cause but if this happens always to you you must check with adoctor for further investigations to know the cause ,Describing your symptoms as accurately as possible to your doctor beside other symptoms helps in finding the correct diagnosis

Other possible causes are attributable to nerve damage, diabetes ,.. Head tingling can also be caused by an injury such as a concussion. Some drugs or medications may cause tingling in the head in some people.
