There is only mild sexual stimulation and my penis barely get erected .. whats the cause? Yet, I tend to masturbate a lot... sometimes reaching 12 times a week. No spontaneous erection.

Try to stop this habit for three days or so or even week to test yourself you will find yourself aroused by minimal or mild scene stimulations or even thinking of the condition .then this will be normal
usually frequent sex will lead to this uninterested feeling to scenes ,since your body is having his need through masturbation your store is given through masturbation and thus you find yourself like this ,but once you make a period with no sexual activity ,certain stimulations will make you different .
