The head of my penis itches few times a day. Should I be worried? I have never performed unsafe sex.could it be a std? And how much an std test cost.

We cannot predict the reason for your symptoms without a more detailed history and a proper physical examination. Itching sensation at the glans penis can be due to allergic contact dermatitis (to latex in condoms), a fungal infection (Candida, not an STD), scabies, balances (inflammation of the glans penis or the head of the penis), irritation from soap or friction etc... So check with your dermatologist in order to identify the underlying cause and treat accordingly.
