The cyst was there when i got pregnant but when i gave birth it still was there its 4.5 cm and its not blood and not urgent thats what the doctor said but i why cant i take pills rather than surgery

So pills are not a treatment
If the cyst is there for more than 1y, so yes there is indication to remove it
It can be done by laparoscopy & you will be discharged the same day...
