well the question how often you can tolerate that ,beside this will be stressfull rather enjoyable ,so for lasting or more prolonged effective relief of the rash you can check with a doctor have been tested and diagnosed and then taking the necessary treatment that have no stress on your body ,let masturbation for your own pleasure and not a work to do ,remember over and over masturbation and sexual activity results in over and over and over release of the hormones leads to fatigue and may result in adrenal insufficiency symptoms after a period of frequent many masturbation over the time .
putting a cream and treating with a medicine would be better effective and longer lasting .
