Thank you, still, i hoped for a more biological explanation like, i think it is because we stop blood from flowing right, but stil why that feeling?

That is true, the mere pressure applied to the area, +/- some decrease in the blood flow to the area subjected to compression (in this case, your weight against the toiled seat) are involved. As a result, the ability of the superficial nerves (which are usually triggered to fire signals to the brain upon stimulation with light touch, pressure, heat, or vibration) to properly conduct signals to the brain is altered. Parasthesias (abnormal sensation, including numbness and tingling), thus occur.
I hope this was a clearer explanation to the phenomenon.
