Thank you for your help. I"d like to ask about powder insuline, is it available in middle east and is it expensive? what is better novimix insuline three times aday or rapid insuline three times

As for Novomix, it IS rapid acting insulin. And remember: you will be maintained on a mixed regimen of short acting and long acting insulin, +/- intermediate acting insulin. Initially, it'll take some time before the insulin doses needed to maintain a rather stable blood sugar level are reached.
