Thank you for the helpful response Dr. On the behave, am using a shampoo called Nizoral and elecom lotion, are these medicines enough?

yes the shampoo is anti fungal which is will be beneficial ,and you can use also anti dandruff shampoo too because of the ingredients inside are effective .
elecom is a corticosteroid cream which is effective but if you add other topical anti fungal cream it will be more effective
