I suggest you do a couple more tests: complete blood count (CBC) to make sure you do not have signs of anemia (low hemoglobin and hematocrit) which could indeed cause shortness of breath especially upon exerting effort, and thyroid function tests (thyroid stimulating hormone [TSH] and thyroxine [free T4]) to rule out any thyroid gland malfunction (hyperthyroidism or over active thyroid, or hypothyroidism or poor thyroid function) which could also produce shortness of breath. If these too are normal, and you already are on Gastrimut, (which treats any stomach/esophagus causes of shortness of breath by reducing stomach acid and treating reflux which produces symptoms of chest pain and shortness of breath), hen the most obvious explanation in the context of a normal ECG and echocardiogram is stress. If you are not benefiting from Bipax, you should talk to your doctor and consider other treatments. Needless to say that avoiding all sources of stress (as much as possible), reducing caffeine intake to a minimum, maintaining adequate hydration, and getting proper sleep, are essential to help reduce the effects of stress on your body.
