So this irm result can be the cause of a whole body chronic pain? not only nech and shoulders but also back and legs pain? I'm still hoping it's not fibro bcz it's hard on me to take it

the MRI shows a moderately degeneration in the cervical region of the intervertebral disc ,cervical means the neck region ,and this gives symptoms of pain in the neck that radiates or extends to the arms and /or hands the upper body part not the lower body part ,if MRI of the lower intervertebral discs such as the lumbar intervertebral discs are degenerated or inflammad then this will make pain in the lower body buttocks,legs ,feet
NOTE to understand better there are 23 discs in the human spine: 7 in the neck (cervical region), 12 in the middle back (thoracic region), and 5 in the lower back (lumbar region)
