So the tests named above dont include syphilis test, then I have to ask the laboratory for one more blood test, which one should I ask for from those u mentioned. And what u mean by history of expoure

Yes you should. History of sexual exposure includes oral vs. genital, same gender vs. opposite gender, the country (some STDs are epidemic in certain countries) etc.
