The fertility rate in men with Klinefelter syndrome is very low and chances of a man with Klinefelter's syndrome to reproduce normally are very poor. Hormone replacement therapy can help in enhancing certain external male features such as male voice and beard. but cannot boost the production of sperm, because this function is controlled by particular genes on the chromosomes, which are abnormal in cases of Klinefelter and cannot be corrected with hormones. Fertility problems require ART as I have mentioned in my previous response.
