Should the man see any changes or any observation , if the sperm dont include spermatozoïdes ? Is there a way to know befor the sperm analysis ? Thank you

You can never know by observation the spermatozoides count in the sperm.
For a sperm analysis to be done, you must wait 3 to 5 days without ejaculation before doing the test. It would be better to do it away from a medical illness.
Furthermore, we must never rely on a single sperm analysis test if it is abnormal. You must have at least 2 tests to confirm the found abnormalities.
