Salam, pls can you tell me what to do, my son is 14 months, he has temperature 41-40°, i give him brufen, but after 4 hours he has temperature, hi has otite and laryngite, thank you

Please have your child examined by his pediatrician; if he is already on antibiotics, you should for 48 hours for their effect to kick in. If he has been on them for more than 48 hours and is still having high fever he needs to be seen by his pediatrician for re-evaluation.
