Roaccutane According to my doctor she told me its ok to drink alcohol since the dosage is low, in addition that i will not be taking roacuttane more than once most probably So whats ur opinion.

The usual recommended dose for acne treatment with roaccutane is 0.5-1 mg /kg/ day devided in two dose (0.25 -0.5 mg each )
so you will be taking 20 mg ,then you are taking 0.25 mg /kg /day in one dose
it means that you will be taking one dose per day instead of two with respect to other people .
well ,your risk for side effects will be less by half then but is still present .
i advise better not to take ,since your doctor may adjust your dose if the condition is not well controlled so from now better not to take .
i think your dermatologist means small amount of drink by an event .
So ,that is your decision ,i had clarified the situation for you ,i don't advice .
