Recently I'm feeling some internal pain below the right rib under my chest since 3 days. what could be the possible explanation of this symptom?

Pain below the right rib can be a sign of liver or gall bladder disease. The most common problem is gall stones. Pain from gall stones typically comes after eating a rich meal and can persist for hours, go away and then recur. The best way to diagnose gall stones is with an ultrasound of the abdomen.
