Abnormal neck curvature causes tension on the spinal cord and carotid arteries as they ascend into the brain to feed it oxygen and nutrients. This can cause dizziness, headaches, nausea, fatigue, tinnitus, pain, nervousness, insomnia, high blood pressure, and confusion, just to name a few,so this can be the cause also to your problem beside the other symptoms you have where all your tests are normal,and it seems that all the symptoms you have are related to your condition .
another cause that might contribute to your symptoms and increase them is stress and anxiety ,stress also causes sometimes dizziness .
