Pain in the upper side of my stomach everyday..all day long. Between meals and after meals. I took nexuim for 5 month, it reduce the pain but the pain still and increase sometime.Ps:im a heavy smocker

The location of the pain as you have pointed it out suggests that it could be acid reflux from the stomach up the esophagus (you'd know if you have it if you get a heartburn +/- excessive belching), gastritis (inflammation of the stomach wall), or ulcer disease, all of which are exacerbated by smoking. If Nexium (a drug that blocks acid secretion in the stomach) hasn't helped much, you need to start working on lessening the number of cigarettes per day, and get a thorough evaluation (test for possible helucibacter pylori infection in the stomach, possibly a scope as well to check for possible ulcers). Also meanwhile try to avoid carbonated beverages, spicy food, alcoho, and chocolate.
