Only in winter season,my skin starts itching everywhere between my fingers,on my chest,my head,etc.Its like needles are coming out of my body.What kind of disease is it and what is its cure?

your question is answered through your words ,the cause is behind the winter weather .
Usually low temperature ,low humidity ,dry air the components of winter weather make the skin dry flaky and itchy, everyone needs to protect their skin from drying out in the winter.

But if you have a skin condition, you should step up your routine to stay supple.
if you have also certain skin conditions ,the condition will be worsen more in such weather eczema ,psoriasis,dandruff flares ,all make your skin itchy dry and scaly especially in winter season .

In winter season and in dry weather and almost every time try to hydrate your skin more often by drinking water and moisturizing your skin with a good heavy moisturizer.

Use sun block protection when going outside with spf 30

Track the creams and perfumes and soaps you use they may make an influence on your skin negatively ,stop using them

Instead, use warm water and a mild, fragrance-free soap or moisturizing body wash. Limit your showers or baths to no more than 10 minutes, pat dry, and moisturize while your skin is still damp
