My wife had a sever preeclipcia, & delieverd a death baby in 8th M. (Ceserian),she loss a lot of her blood, she took 1 blood unit, 1 iron unit,& till know she are taking iron When she can get pregnant

preeclampsia usually does not recur unless1 or more predisposing factors are presentvascular hypertensive disease diabetes chronic renal disease hydramnios ...so when all blood tests are normals she can try in about 3to 6 months

After a c-section, your wife shouldn't be pregnant before one year...
As for preeclampsia, she will have increased risk as compared to others..
