My urine test say amorphous urate confluent and calcium oxalate moderate what does it mean?and does it have a relation with a small pain i am having sometimes at the begining of my stomach.

It's unlikely that crystals and casts in the urine cause pain at upper stomach. Usually they cause flank pain. I advice you to drink a lot of water to avoid kidney stones and consult a gastroenterologist to diagnose the pain you are feeling at upper stomach.
