My sister is 12 years old, she sneezes a lot and has a runny nose and sometimes she can't sleep. Many doctors told us it was allergies and she took so many different medications but it didn't improve.

The next step is to do an allergy test with precaution or vaccination. If needed, do a ct scan of sinus and a nose examination. If she doesn't improve, book an appointment with a doctor.
