My PMS is very disturbing and the period pain starts before 5 days and during menstruation, the pain is unbearable that I can't get out of bed. I take ponstan forte but it doesn't help, what can I do?

In this case, you must restrict sodium 7 to 10 days before menses and also use diuretics for the same period. If it is not enough, use progesterone.
